Robust waterproof zippers:

The Expedition Bag offers ultimate weather resistance thanks to our robust, waterproof zippers. These are specially designed to withstand rain, snow, and splashes – perfect for outdoor use. To guarantee these strong properties, the zippers are slightly stiffer to open and close than conventional zippers. The main compartment is waterproof to IPX7 standard according to internal testing, and the side pocket is splash-proof to IPX4 standard.

Waterproof closure system:

Additionally, the Expedition Bag features an integrated waterproof valve that can be operated with a simple turn. Want to test the bag's waterproofness? Simply close all zippers completely and then turn the valve to seal the bag. Afterward, gently squeeze the bag. If no air escapes, you can be sure the Expedition Bag is fully sealed and waterproof. The valve also allows you to release air, making the waterproof bag more compact.

Duffle bag or backpack:

Furthermore, the Expedition Bag is equipped with practical backpack straps, offering you versatility. Simply attach the adjustable straps to the designated eyelets on the bag for comfortable, hands-free carrying. Want to switch to duffle bag mode? No problem – the straps are quick and easy to remove, allowing you to use the bag as a duffel bag for travel on your adventures. The straps are adjustable from 59 to 84 cm in length.

Transport on roof racks:

Want to transport your Expedition Bag on your roof rack? No problem! The provided stainless steel eyelets ensure secure attachment. Thread your tie-down straps through the eyelets and attach them to the designated eyelets on your roof rack ( you can find our tie-down eyelets here ). This option saves space and, thanks to the bag's waterproof construction, can be used in any weather. You'll be perfectly equipped for any off-road adventure.
