Shipping policy
1. Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During periods of high order volumes, processing times may occasionally be longer.
2. Delivery Times

- Standard parcel delivery: 2–5 business days
- Freight delivery: 4–8 business days
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and clearly displayed before the order is completed.
Free shipping on orders over €300*
Orders with a total value of €300 or more qualify for free shipping.
*Excludes oversized items or items with a shipping weight of more than 32 kg (including packaging). Deviations may apply to B-stock items. The shipping weight stored in the system is decisive.

4. Returns
A 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Further details can be found in the Cancellation Policy. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs within the withdrawal period.

6. Shipping Partners & Tracking
Orders are shipped with established logistics partners such as DHL, GLS and Noerpel. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, a shipping confirmation including tracking information is automatically sent by email.
For freight deliveries, the shipping company will contact you by telephone in advance (provided a telephone number was supplied when placing the order).
